We offer simple and transparent delivery whether you order a MyFarm aquaponics kit, an extension, a greenhouse, or a complete set.

📦 1. Types of products and delivery methods

MyFarm products (aquaponics kits and extensions)

  • Home delivery via GLS: 4 packages of 15 to 30 kg each
  • Delivery possible throughout Europe: free in mainland France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Luxembourg, Austria, Denmark, Great Britain, Hungary, Italy, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Switzerland, Czech Republic. Other countries upon request.
  • Accessible in all areas served by standard carriers

Greenhouses (Euro-Serre and ACD)

  • Home delivery via specialized carrier
  • Delivery possible in France, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, and Luxembourg
  • Drop-off on public road, in front of the address
  • Transport by heavy truck (see dimensions below)

⏱️ 3. Delivery times

Production times

  • MyFarm products: 0 to 4 weeks depending on the period
  • Greenhouses: 3 to 8 weeks depending on the model

Shipping times after production

  • Belgium: 2 working days
  • Mainland France, Netherlands, Germany: 3 working days
  • Others: to be requested

We keep you informed at every step.


📨 4. Order tracking

For MyFarm products, you will receive:

  • A confirmation email
  • A deposit invoice
  • GLS notifications for tracking
  • A MyFarm welcome email with balance invoice

For greenhouses, in addition to everything above:

  • An estimated delivery date
  • A call from the carrier a few days before to set a final delivery date


🚛 5. Specific conditions for greenhouses

Truck access required

Greenhouses are delivered by large truck: 14.5 - 18.75 m × 2.55 m × 4.10 m. The truck must be able to access your address without difficulty. If access is impossible, a surcharge may be applied.

Delivery from the public road

  • Drop-off in front of the residence
  • Glass verification upon delivery
  • Signature of the delivery note required


🆘 6. In case of delay or delivery issue

If your order is delayed, please contact us immediately via the Contact page. We will open an investigation with the carrier and follow up for you.


🔒 7. Legal notices

  • The deadlines are indicative.
  • Delays do not entitle to any compensation.
  • The goods remain the property of MyFarm until full payment.
  • The customer must be present on the agreed date.
  • The risks pass to the customer upon delivery.
  • MyFarm is not responsible for the health of plants, fish, or their consumption.
  • Return of the MyFarm kit possible (if unaltered) within 60 days, free return.
